Pink Zebra came to Plum to design and build the mobile apps for their consultant network. We partnered with them to deliver a native experience for iOS and Android, connected to their proprietary MLM backend, which exposes all the operational data their consultants rely on day to day.
The result is My Zebra Suite: a comprehensive, easy-to-use back-office solution designed specifically for Pink Zebra consultants. Whether they are just starting out or already running a successful business, the app gives them the tools they need to streamline operations, track progress, and stay connected to their business, all in one place.
At the core of the app are real-time dashboards that surface business performance at a glance. Consultants can track sales volume (SV) and commissions effortlessly, see where they stand against their monthly targets, and make informed decisions without waiting for reports to refresh. No more back-and-forth between tools or spreadsheets, the numbers are always up to date.
The app also helps consultants stay on track with key milestones like Quick Start dates, Sapphire status, and incentive trip progress. Each milestone is visualized clearly, with personalized reminders and updates, so consultants always know how close they are to their next goal and what to do to get there.
Beyond personal performance, My Zebra Suite brings team and customer management into the same experience. Consultants can manage ScentFlirt orders and customers, keep autoship dates under control, and review downline and team reports, including the Team Sapphire Report to follow team members on their journey to Pink, White, or Blue Sapphire status.
